The carpeting in common areas definitely needs a good deep clean!!! The bathroom tiles in rooms require immediate attention for safety!!! Staff could benefit from more training to handle the high volume of guests efficiently!!!

During my stay, I really appreciated how close this hotel was to Cardiff Castle and Bute Park, making my weekend strolls easy and enjoyable. I also found the staff pleasant and the room comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like me. but the hotel could use some updates as rooms are starting to show signs of wear.

The hot tub was overcrowded and the room was freezing upon arrival.

The swimming facilities were great, but the air conditioning was ineffective in the room.

The swimming pool and common areas were impressively clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. However, the bathrooms in the rooms could benefit from updates, as they felt dated compared to the modern rooms. The experience was marred slightly by workers being present during breakfast, which disrupted the atmosphere somewhat, and the dining options were limited to smaller meals.

Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal indoor pool. I remember the staff helped me with bug spray during my first stay, which was a nice touch. I recommend it for anyone needing comfort!

We loved the location near the waterfront. it was fun exploring Europe’s largest waterside development! The pool area was also a fantastic place for the kids after a long day out. Breakfast was a highlight, with a range of delicious options to start our day.

My kids wished for more evening dining options, as the restaurant was often understaffed and busy during family hours.

I had a great time at the hotel, my kids loved the swimming pool, they spent hours in there, really! And the staff was super helpful, like that guy Anthony who saved me from a drink disaster when I spilled it all over myself, made me feel at ease right away.

It wasn't inexpensive but still okay for the quality of the stay.
